What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, rough location, project type and anything you write in the message box. We also record which page the enquiry came from so we know how you found us.
If you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymised usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location via Google Analytics.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and manage your project. We rely on legitimate interest - you contacted us about building work and we need your details to reply.
Analytics data helps us understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site. This relies on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
Nobody, other than the service providers that host this website and our email. We never sell your data or pass it to marketing companies.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after 24 months. Records relating to completed projects are kept for six years for insurance and warranty purposes.
